This page covers what happens to the details you send through the forms on this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you have written about the repair. Nothing is collected in the background beyond anonymous page counts.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, and arrive as an email in the shop's inbox. Photos you send by email or SMS sit in that inbox or on the shop phone. We do not use a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in the inbox as a record of the job. If you would like your details removed, email thecobblerslastau@gmail.com and we will delete them.

Analytics and cookies

Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you between sites. This site sets no cookies of its own.
